Out of touch management with unrealistic expectations. Cut throat work culture. Employees are always talking behind each others backs. Little to no assistance after initial training. No real upwards mobility. Worst service/ maintenance job I’ve ever had.
It was my first job, working in the warehouse. A food truck was outside sometimes and no expense was spared on a yearly salary.
Cons
Would have destroyed my body if I kept working there. Warehouse was always overworked and understaffed. Low pay for hard work. Some employees were very insulting to others.
