Good pay and benefits, service vehicle, ability to set your own schedule with plenty of extra to work if you want to increase your pay! Training provided with a large team of support staff. Managers that really care about helping. Every day is different.

Cons

Occassional off hour work/evenings and weekends. Sometimes working under tight deadlines or stressful situations.

Control your own schedule and hours! Company vehicle and phone/gas card! Friendly and very helpful colleagues and management! Incentives, bonuses monthly! Great benefits and RRSP! I have worked for other Pest Control companies prior to Abell and hands down, the best company to work for!

Cons

Distance to office to get supplies, depending what area you service.
