Pros

Lots of free overtime work! Pay is $15hour (40hours salary-full time) so its decent, but averages out much less during season when accounting for free overtime especially driving to weekly meetings for hours. Its an ok job until anything else comes along not much more than that can be said unless you cant deal with treating bed bugs.

Cons

Management like other companies will never get your back, they will use route managers as fall guys for everything and create heavy sales and revenue pressure to act like their doing something about their own problems, sales-sales-sales and sales. very closely monitored gps on vehicles, complain on daily-hourly basis about where your at and how long. These trends were ok years ago but now (2013) sales, prospecting are strictly mandated. The annoyance of bedbugs and roaches as well as constantly being belittled by customers cause your the roach guy is a given. Its salary so get ready to get used and abused until you quite so no unemployment.
