I have been with Abell for over a decade and in the pest control industry for 22 years. By far, they are the industry leader in quality, service and taking care of their employees. I feel like one of the family and that counts for a lot in todays day and age.

Cons

Not at this time in my career.

Excellent managers who are very approachable and who genuinely care about their staff. Great team of coworkers who are always ready and willing to help out. Lots of opportunities within the company as long as you are hard working and motivated.

Cons

Longer hours during the summer season due to high demand for service. Due to the nature of residential service, clients can sometimes be very stressed about their situation.
