I've been here 5 years and I love what I do. I love my team, my managers are wonderful, our Senior Leadership truly values us. I love the open door policy, the business hours, the opportunity for advancement, pay structure, holidays, vacation & paid sick time!

Cons

Some days are extremely busy and you must be able to multi-task (not really a con, but for some it might be) for me, it makes the days fly!

Many companies claim to care about their employees. I have worked for them for 2 years now and I can say they care about their employees from the bottom to the top. Yes it is still a company so not every interaction is positive (if you make a mistake they will hold you accountable BUT they will teach you and work with you to improve for the future!)
