Salary plus production bonuses. %20 commission on yearly value of new contracts gives the chance to make some serious money if you're willing to make it. My best month I took home $7500

Cons

Mostly apartment work tied to a few large property groups. Steady work for sure, but this branch lacks diversification as compared to other companies who have a mix of residential, commercial, & Industrial. Other major con is the company is headquartered out of Canada
