-commission is decent -benefits are decent

Cons

-Overworked -Minimal hands on training -Information from Supervisors and Management often contradicted eachother leading to confusion -Expected 14 hour days for 8 hours pay -Focused more on money money money than employee or customer care and satisfaction -what you're told to do and what is expected of you are two drastically different things
