The benefits package is all right, particularly regarding variety of offerings (e.g. long term care, wellness fair, etc.). Although good coverage, the health care plan premiums are a bit high. Nice office space overall.

Cons

Professional growth can be limited, depending on which department you are in. In my experience, salaries are average to slightly below average.
