Management is quick to criticize and blame but doesn’t help or offer solutions
Loved the students and staff. Very rewarding job. I actually loved this job. Pay wasn't great, but if this is a field you think you might be interested in it's wonderful. I worked here for almost 10years and then covid happened.
Cons
Management is crap. They don't care about you, your safety and the safety of the students. It's like no one has a clue what they're doing or want you to do, what guidelines to follow. They can't keep a principal. If you have great staff though you work together. Your staff are everything, treat them with kindness and respect and you can work amazingly together.
