      Pros

      Head of the department is very careful about matching participants and providers. I was able to fit my school schedule around my work schedule. Tuition reimbursement. Relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up without a degree specific to field of work. Pay is very stationary.

      The therapist are phenomenal & dedicated.

      Cons

      The principal(s) have been awful. There is always turn over. Children are not treated fairly and are overly restrained. Minority Children are treated badly. Staff are unprofessional and use their phones when they should be teaching. Very unprofessional place to work.
