      Pros

      Really great technology - once customers see it it's a compelling sell.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place. Decisions are made without considering the sales people. Territories were split way too small and 80% of the organization is struggling to hit quota. There is no support from marketing to help generate legitimate leads. Culture is awful and there's just way too many egos from the president all the way down to front line managers.

      Product market fit is amazing Team is full of talent and personable Not afraid of feedback and so much potential for growth as an organization

      Cons

      Upward mobility (they’re getting better at it but some departments are still struggling with promoting internally) Territories getting smaller (the case with every fast growing start up)
