Pros

They are unlike any company that I’ve ever worked for. Management is incredibly supportive, the culture is extremely friendly/helpful, and the base pay is very competitive. Abnormal Security values its employees and has an amazing product. The recruiting team here is also top-of-the-line, and I continue to learn something new from them every day. The work is interesting, challenging, and promotes fast career growth. I highly recommend working here!

- Fantastic product that addresses a real need. Super easy to integrate and show value very quickly to the prospect. - Amazing Vision for the future of Abnormal - right direction, right timing - Unbelievable Leadership - Brilliantly smart at all levels while retaining a sense of humility that I have never seen previously at other companies. Always willing to listen while trusting their vision and direction. - Wonderful Culture - I have never worked at a place where everyone is very caring and encouraging. This comes from the very top of leadership all the way down. We all work hard but having a team that is supportive of a quality life is so rewarding!

Cons

This is a startup environment with an incredible high growth rate. That means wearing different hats, not completely defined workflows, moving quickly, longer hours. I have never been at a company where the growth has been so high, but it does give you an opportunity to define those workflows and make a difference to the company and personally impact how the company does business. The challenge will be to see how we maintain this same atmosphere while growing at an astronomical rate!

The talent, passion, and mission of the company are unparalleled in my 25+ year career. This is easily the best place I've worked yet... by a wide margin. The compensation is generous and the benefits are very good! If you're looking to put your skills to work in making a difference in the fight against cyber crime, come to Abnormal Security!

Cons

No 401k match, though the equity package is better anyway.
