      Pros

      Great People and very Transparent Leadership.

      Cons

      Low on the salary scale for fast-growing tech companies, especially when looking for people in the top 5%. Not good at promoting from within, especially when raising salaries to industry standards for new positions.

      Pros

      Product is solid, and there are a lot of folks in CS and Support that want customers to be successful. The purpose is inspired, and drives many of those working long hours to make the product successful.

      Cons

      Management has been hit and miss. Lay-offs and austerity plans have short-staffed a lot of teams, meaning folks have had to cover for 3 other employees to keep up. ISOs are only valuable IF the company goes public.

      There is good health insurance

      Cons

      Micro management to extremes that cannot be described in words. Ask about it! Zero SDR/BDR support for MM AEs with unrealistic quotas given the average deal sizes. No work-life balance and PIPs all over the place designed to allow them to fire “for cause” as they please. Probably half the organization has been PIP’d and is lined up to be fired as a next step. Colleagues disappear regularly, then are maligned by management. Culture is non existent.
