My manager has been amazing and I've really appreciated the trust leadership gives to ICs to go out and take action via ownership. I know this sounds planted lol but it's not- I really have enjoyed my interactions with Evan and Sanjay.

Cons

Some people are over-protective over their areas/work to a fault.

Cons

Too much politics, not allowing SDR's to get promoted, major issues with operations. They're doing trial and error to see what works. But it can end up costing someone their job.
