      Pros

      Strong focus on AI and leadership encourages people to explore new tools and ideas. This stage of company offers a lot of opportunity to create, improve and shape processes rather than just maintain. There is meaningful ownership, smart coworkers and plenty of room to learn. I’m energized by the fast pace, experimentation and chance to influence how work gets done.

      Cons

      Because of how quickly we move, planning is not always as strong as it could be. Priorities shift often, which sometimes creates rework. This leads to feeling reactive vs. proactive.

      Abnormal is a place where you get to learn a lot. You also get access to a lot of AI Tools, helping you in your day to day in a face paced industry. Growth - You have the ability to grow in your career with ownership. Employees - Everyone I work with is great. People push others to learn, but at the end of the day are still humans and empathetic. Customers - We get to work with a lot of great customers who LOVE the product.

      Cons

      Abnormal is fast paced and can demand a lot at some times, but you are fully supported by your manager and leadership.
