Pros

The problem space is both interesting and incredibly rewarding, as you actually get to see real impact helping to protect companies from cyber crime. The entire team is very passionate about their work, and there are many very experienced, senior team members who are happy to support and mentor others. The company is rapidly growing and developing new products, so there are always many opportunities to grow your career as quickly as you want.

Cons

As cybersecurity is an adversarial field, you are always on your toes. If you want a role where you can mostly coast, or take your time on long projects with soft deadlines, this is not it.

Pros

Abnormal Security has a world class product and focuses heavily on customer obsession. The entire organization works diligently to not only product world class detection and remediation capabilities for BEC/VEC attacks, but also a valuable end user experience focused on customer success. The people at Abnormal are what make the company unique. From the leadership down, the company invests time and money to ensure employees are happy and driven to accomplish the goals and challenges ahead.

Cons

50/50 match on the 401(k) is the only complaint I can think of
