- Interesting approach to a really hard ML and systems problem - Highly-capable teammates that embody company values and intentionally support each others' growth - Meritocratic environment - doesn't matter how much experience you have, if you show willingness to learn and embody company values through your actions (e.g., velocity, customer centricity, excellence), it will be noticed and rewarded - Flexibility to work remotely - Lots of startups say they're "hypergrowth" etc., this is the real deal

Cons

- Could use some room for improvement in onboarding process and knowledge management (although everyone I've asked questions to has been welcoming and helpful) - not an uncommon problem in hypergrowth companies

Autonomous work, work life balance, transparent leadership team, opportunities to work with leadership as an IC, smart/humble coworkers, remote first, unlimited pto, ownership, and the best part is working alongside nice, friendly people who care about what we're building

I love the transparency of the company and CEO. My team consists of some great people whom I quite enjoy working with. The benefits aren't too bad and there are amazing extras provided to us.

Cons

I think a more competitive pay schedule would be the only thing that I would say.
