None. There’s absolutely nothing good about working here.

Cons

The micromanagement is unbearable. It feels like you’re being constantly watched and controlled. Management doesn’t care about employee well-being at all. They will dismiss you the moment you raise your voice or bring up any issues. The work environment is toxic, and the company culture is beyond awful. Employees in the US are treated way better, and there's blatant favoritism. If you're from India or another region, you're treated like garbage. The management is awful, and the people in charge have no clue how to manage a team effectively. The company is growing, but I honestly don’t know how because they clearly have no respect for their employees.
