There is no career growth for SDRs on the team. Most of us have been here going on two years now.

-Some of the best and most talented people I have ever met work here (excluding management) -PTO, Sick Time, Quarterly Bonuses.. are all a plus

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from the entire team and seem to only care about numbers and nothing more. -Promotions are scarce and usually given to people that aren’t really deserving of it..only out of nepotism. -Security Analysts here are the backbone of the company and management treats us like garbage. Without the Security Analysts, there would be no company. -This ties into my previous point. Pay is measly compared to what our competitors offer.

Some really good people who work hard. some good work perks and PTO Insurance packages are good.

Cons

-Incredibly dishonest/unethical all the way up to c-suite. -Constantly making promises and reneging them, huge problems with raises and promotions issues dating back to last year. -Poor upper and middle management leading to terrible micromanagement (CTO - having to see and validate/approve work on bug tickets).
