      -The senior leadership team has had a successful track record previously -For those interested in building products/teams from scratch, the UK team is a great opportunity (lots of autonomy) -Incredible customer reviews of our product, which is solving a pressing global problem

      Like any fast-growing company, there are always more problems to solve than people to solve them- but that's what makes the job fun too :)

      Revolutionary technology - simply light years ahead of the competition. Delighted customers. Excellent culture - smart, awesome yet humble people. Plenty of opportunities to grow, learn and excel. Good balance of work and fun!

      Pros

      Company has a fantastic culture - there are high expectations but equally high rewards for delivery. It's a strong teaming environment, everyone pitches in to help each other. As a sales person the enablement and tools available are the best I've ever experienced.

      Cons

      The same at any company - due to the pandemic it's harder to get that 'community feeling' due to work from home, but I think the company does a great job of ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
