Great product, great team, poor work-life balance

Teammates were highly skilled and motivated, and cared about building a good product. - Product itself seems great (customers all love it, it's ahead of the competition) and company is likely to go very far - It's a great place to work if you're really into cybersecurity. But if you're primarily into the engineering infrastructure/ML and are not interesting in cybersecurity, this might not be the best place.

Cons

- Poor work life balance (Very noisy on-call rotation, often would have to have slack convos about work on the weekends/evenings) - Engineers spend a lot of time putting out fires, talking to customers, and other non-IC work. Often had to explain to a sales engineer/account executive what to explain to the customer. - Very corporate culture (might be a pro to some). Lots of buzzwords, meetings for meetings' sake, etc.

Cons

Like most fast-moving startups - there is a lot of work. It may be a cons for someone, but this work is very impactful (at least during the early stages which the company is at now).
