Good work culture, everyone is friendly

Cons

-Just extremely disorganized, the case flow system does not work and it makes the work way more time consuming and difficult than it needs to be. -Pay is low for the work that is required -KPI system is flawed

Pros

Great people to work with, they are all true professionals, and you can learn a lot if you are serious about your career. The workload is heavy so you better like your job. The mission of the company would have you feeling proud of yourself every time you head to work.

Cons

socialization is minimal, which I know is a con for most people, but that is mainly because everyone there is focused on their jobs and doing their best. It is also low-key extremely competitive but in the best feasible way
