Some pros and Cons like every company

Pros

Some really nice coworkers and feeling of satisfaction for the client receiving legal status.

Cons

It is on the stricter side of things as some coworkers tend to have a habit of either blaming others or a superiority complex where they think they are above others which is a bit annoying. High turnover and a lot of work and high expectations for providing results.
