It can be kind of overwhelming reading some of the clients stories all the times. You also feel a lot of pressure to perform or you will get cut.

Pros

1. The recruiter does a great job at picking out interesting and amicable people. 2. The Office is located in Miami Beach so there is a lot of great food options for lunch, as well as, a great view of the beach if you don't mind walking a bit. 3. The IT Director is knowledgeable.

Cons

1. There's a lack of structure when it comes to the chain of command. 2. Your performance and tasks are poorly monitored and management has no idea what you're doing a lot of the times. 3. The blame game is played often. 4. Overworked and underpaid. 5. Request for system changes and implementation of new systems are ignored. 6. Poor communication between the heads of IT and the team. 7. For some reason everything that runs on electricity is an IT issue 8. The IT Director doesn't have a great personality.
