Good selection of benefits, good people, remote.

Cons

Its clear the company has been rocky for the majority of its run time, but I dont think anything prepared me for the massive layoff they just did. Even core/fundamental people intergeral to the survival of the business just tossed out the door. No matter how much responsibility you take, deadlines you meet, how fast you respond to messages and issues. They will toss you without severance or even a goodbye. This company has completely jaded me on if its even worth it to go the extra mile to even see if they will care about you. The heartlessness and insecurity of this company and leadership is staggering. I dont see them surviving for much longer. Nor would they even deserve it.
