Hard work is definitely recognized and appreciated. You don't have to have a degree to make decent money, as long as you show up, learn your job, execute, and don't mess around. They use their valuable employees, not a lot of turn over. Most people have been there for years. No drama within the workplace. Mostly relaxed and enjoyable work environment, pleasant people to work with. It's easy to take pride in your job because our simulators are top of the line and we feel like we're doing an important and high end job.

Cons

Very detail oriented work, so if you aren't paying attention it is easy to miss something. Sometimes stressful deadlines in place that must be met, so working over time is a must.
