Decent pay, extra hours of work often

Cons

They don’t accurately display job description. You’ll work from home, but it’s worse than going in the office. You’re put in a que with about 30+ other paralegals and must fight to answer calls, other staff is not friendly with new hires and very competitive. Not a good company culture and not honest about role. They also have mandatory overtime. Decent pay, but not worth it.
