      Real Agile Development Software Place

      Been working full time for almost 2 years, previously work on 2 Fortune Top 100 companies. What I like best: 1. We do Agile Software Development, and we really mean it. Team mates here are very agile oriented and really live on building Software right. 2. Ability to explore new software technology and argue with bright minds about its plus and minuses. 3. Meritocracy - it does not matter what position you are, if you excel you will get notice and rewarded. 4. This is a place where your Knowledge wins over who's your connection is! A great relief from working at larger institution. 5. People are great and we help each other on problems

      Cons

      It's growing fast and hopefully we make the right decision to preserve the culture and never lower our standards on hiring.

      A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Awesome culture, values, people. Transparency. Great leadership. Continual training and growth for individuals. Fantastic revenue growth rate that regularly exceeds quarterly stretch goals with a strong long term outlook.

      Cons

      It's like a 16 year old startup working on its "overnight success", and with that comes some regular growing pains.
