Pros

Amazing work environment, great experience from onboarding to daily grind. This company brags on not being corporate a-holes and they live up to it everyday! Within just a few weeks I was made aware of the career development structure and how I could get from A-Z, no more "keep doing what you're doing" bs... Very inclusive and diverse atmosphere. The CEO truly believes that he supports the team and not the other way around. I feel I have a bright future with Abrigo!!!

Cons

Wish I found them sooner!!!

Pros

There are some people who really are trying to make everything more efficient. They didn’t lay anyone off during the pandemic. There’s a ton of upwards movement from BDR to AE and so on. The people who have been there forever are helpful in getting any new people up to speed on the world they work in!

Cons

The Austin office/ product line is more or less a secondary thought so the product is fairly far behind competition while ELT raises quotas without enabling the team to sell a viable product. If you’re coming from another Austin tech sales role the company, culture, and process are not going to be anything you’ve seen before. The “for bankers by bankers” formed the company outlook so don’t expect software best practices. High churn on specific teams. The ability for feedback is non existent and highly likely you’ll be punished for suggesting anything. The company overall is extremely far behind in what’s appropriate in a work capacity. You’re going to hear and see things that typically have not been okay since the 80’s in a work place. Think people feeling targeted because they had to take a diversity training.
