      Pros

      - fast growing company - learn and grow a lot, have the opportunities to learn/explore other areas outside of your designated role. - working hours are very flexible, no micromanagement -good people to work with, good team collaborations here -unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Because it is a fast growing company, sometimes feel shortage on people. The good thing is that the company is continuously hiring. I think it is understandable that it takes time to do interviews and get people on board. But there are gap times when workload gets higher than expected and have to be like that for a bit until new hire joins.

      Pros

      - Everyone you work with has a strong work ethic and his highly competent - Young and fast moving product/software teams - Group dynamics are open, and everyone is willing to help - People end up staying at Abrigo for a lot longer then a typical tech company... and its because the culture is so strong, and its passed from leadership to entry level employees

      Cons

      - PM's tend to wear many hats at Abrigo: QA, Scrum Master, Verification, Customer Support, Customer Interaction , etc. It can feel like you are working several jobs, BUT with that being said, it gives you a skillset that you couldn't obtain anywhere else.
