      - Lean teams - Autonomous working environment - Ownership from the get-go

      Cons

      Abrigo has one of the best company cultures I've experienced in my professional career. They expect the tech teams to take ownership of their products and the features they are developing. The one thing I would advise the tech teams is to focus more on data analysis to drive product decisions.
