Thanks for the kind review. In direct contrast to the prior review, it's nice to see the efforts and progress we are making get acknowledged by our Penguins. Again, thank you. For those of you who are reading these reviews and researching Banker's Toolbox, I ask you to compare and contrast the feedback on this site. Obviously it's anonymous and not controlled by the company. We make no apologies for being a meritocracy and aligning pay/rewards with performance. I think you'll see that reinforced in the reviews. We have a great culture, are growing rapidly, and have a bright future. We are obsessed with greatness and will not stop pursuing that goal. Thanks for taking the time after your departure to provide feedback. I'm sorry you found the salaries, transparency, and "promises" lacking. Those are usually noted as strengths, so I can only assume you and your manager were not aligned on your performance and contribution. We make no apologies for the high expectations and requirements at our company and that we are a meritocracy. We will continue to work on manager effectiveness to get better.
