      Pros

      I was very regretful to leave this wonderful company. They provide free lunches and many more incentives, but more so, the people are wonderful to work with. Everyone is on board with the same objectives and come to each other's aid at a moment's notice. Don't just take my word for it, check out their Facebook and their Top Rankings as one of the best companies to work for in TEXAS!

      Cons

      As a fast growing company, it needs full participation from all members. So, if you are lazy, this is Not the place for you.

      Pros

      Banker's Toolbox is an organization that treats its employees with respect and has a great culture. Free lunches, company events, ping pong and most importantly nice people. Banker's Toolbox provided solid training in my 3.5 years there and set me up for success. It's a first class organization in my book.

      Cons

      No place is perfect but Banker's Toolbox has few cons in my opinion.
