Pros

This company really cares about customers and employees alike--not just some plaque on a wall with "corporate values" or something similar that is ignored. Employees are surveyed regularly and managers often just drop in to see how people are doing. If employees have an issue, managers act. The same goes for customers. Every survey comment is read, discussde, and acted upon.

Cons

Small company with more to do at times than people to do everything. Priorities shift really fast so people need to be very flexible.

Pros

-an open door policy where even the CEO is easily accessible and happy to talk to you -because it's a small company that is still growing, there is lots of opportunity for development in a role; if there is something you want to learn to do and it fits w/in the great scheme of what the company is doing, chances are you can run with it -amazing perks: everyone has their own office, lunch everyday, quarterly parties, free sodas, free gym, etc -great system for rewarding employees that go above and beyond

Cons

-because it is a growing company, some kinks in processes need to be worked out to make things more efficient. But employees get to be a part of that process which is exciting -again, because it is a small company, employees need to be willing to step in to do menial tasks outside of their job description -long hours can be involved in making the company a success, but each employee takes personal pride in the success of the company

-Senior management have a clear view for the future and I have true faith in them to make the company prosper. -Their philosophy is to keep their customers happy and their employees as well. -This job entails a service to the consumer. You use programming, database, MS Office, customer service skills and much more. Great Customer Service = Happy Customer = Return Customer + Positive Word of Mouth -Full Medical, dental, vision benefits. -Free lunch everyday ordered from local restaurants that deliver. Stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks -Relaxing office environment with your own office, not a cubicle. -Freetime game room with xbox, PS2, Wii and ping pong. -Chance to further education\training through special programs. It's a great learning opportunity. -Friendly co-workers. It's a small company so being able to work with other departments (R&D, administrative, Operations, Sales) felt like it was a family.

Cons

The training process needs a bit of work.
