      Pros

      Great benefits! Includes medical, vacation, plus a week off at Xmas/New Years, free lunches. And a fitness room at the Austin location. Headquarters is centrally located in Austin Texas which is always on some "Top Best" list and rewards for meeting goals.

      Cons

      Even though it is the live music capital of the country, Austin is really hot in the summer. Only the sales team and a few consultants may work remotely and you would have to move to Texas to take advantage of all the cool benefits.

      Pros

      Getting to make a difference; able to take on different tasks; free lunch; cool game room, gym access; relaxed dress code; exciting company events.

      Cons

      With all the perks some of the compensation isn't as high, but the food and all the other environment perks make up for this

      Free lunch, snacks, and drinks! Fitness center & fun room This company is all about trying good ideas, no matter where they come from, and recognizing hard work with rewards like quarterly celebrations and company-wide recognition. We set objectives and goals that will help us stay on track to constant growth and improvement. This keeps it exciting and challenging every day.

      Cons

      A lot of work is expected of every individual, since going "above and beyond" is so commonplace. Departments are small, so any turnover is a big deal.
