Unlimited PTO, good salary, a supportive direct team

Cons

Growth is hard if your focus is mainly soft skills. Growth in support is longer than usually promised. Good if you want to go an engineering path. The burden on support analysts is large.

Poor choices with company spending Lack of swag and other fun perks like comparable tech companies Without a COO, all branches of the org are slowly going rogue and setting the company up for failure. People are leaving out of frustration and the job market is saturated with more attractive opportunities.
