      New product is modernized and updated. New hires post COVID that have been great additions to our team

      Pros

      The organization is growing expoentially through both aquistion and new customers. The Austin office is a warm and fun environment that fosters collaboration between the groups. Lots of great new hires including a new CTO who has re-energized our team and roadmap.

      Cons

      We are running out of meeting space but other than that, not much.

      Real Agile Development Software Place

      Been working full time for almost 2 years, previously work on 2 Fortune Top 100 companies. What I like best: 1. We do Agile Software Development, and we really mean it. Team mates here are very agile oriented and really live on building Software right. 2. Ability to explore new software technology and argue with bright minds about its plus and minuses. 3. Meritocracy - it does not matter what position you are, if you excel you will get notice and rewarded. 4. This is a place where your Knowledge wins over who's your connection is! A great relief from working at larger institution. 5. People are great and we help each other on problems

      Cons

      It's growing fast and hopefully we make the right decision to preserve the culture and never lower our standards on hiring.
