Banker's Toolbox is a great place to work. The company offers a great work environment with a lot of potential for career advancements. During my time there, I was given many opportunities to grow with the company. I started as an entry level programmer straight out of college and ended as lead developer of a team working on new product development. Banker's Toolbox also offer a place for you to learn and keep up with the latest technologies. The CTO is very technical and he will make sure that all the programming architecture is up to date. The co-workers there are all very nice which provides a great team atmosphere and to top it all off, the company provides free lunch every day!
