Excellent Benefits and Bonus Structure

I love how well hygienists are being taken care at Absolute Dental. Excellent biweekly bonus, and nothing is hidden with the formula. If I want to have double columns (no more than 12 patients), I get a dental assistant, and I'm not being pushed to be the sales lady. Our Hygiene director is incredible supportive, and always available whenever I have an issue clinically or at the office.

Cons

More trained front team personal. The turn over of these team members reflects bad management and leadership. They just need to spend more time training them with customer service, insurance eligibility etc.
