Pros
While there are some good people working here, they are largely outnumbered by the bad.
Cons
To hire you, this company will lie about your position. If you are being hired as an office manager, there is a chance they won’t have an office for you to manage and (without informing you prior) have you do the work of another position indefinitely. The salary in their job postings is highly inaccurate, so do not count on that either. Upper management does not care about employees and will make zero effort. In addition, they have terrible and expensive benefits. Not to mention that payroll will mess up your pay regularly. Absolute dental will also push treatment on patients that can’t afford it just to make profit. Employees are ok with this because they hire people straight out of high school and/or with no dental experience, leading them to believe that it is normal for young adults to be in full dentures rather than advocate for them and help patients fix their teeth.
