There is no lack of opportunity here. If you are a hard working, driven employee, you will be rewarded and promoted. This happens both at the corporate and practice level. The new management team is incredibly supportive and innovative. They have implemented many wonderful initiatives including continuing education, charitable giving, and technology. This is not just a place to work, it is a family.

They have great benefits and are very flexible. With so many different offices there is always opportunity to grow in the company. Job security is always a positive thing. They have classes for you to attend and many other events that they hold throughout the year for the community. Fun events that you can take your family to.

Cons

There is the normal cons to every job but at absolute honestly the only one is that because it is not Monday theu Friday in some offices you will have split days off.
