Room for growth. They offer classes to help you advance in your career path. Upper mgmt cares, listens, and provide support. High energy high paced environment NOT for the laid back person. I love that everyday is different not a boring desk job. The job is very hands on. I love love lovveeeeeee that this company gets involved with the community. I love being able to volunteer my time and show that AD cares!

I think a pro of working for absolute dental is working with awesome and supportive coworkers, a caring doctor and having benefits provided to staff.

Cons

I feel a con for working with absolute dental is that we don't have sick time separated from PTO, and that we don't have a 401k match plan.
