Pros

Regional Manager was THE ONLY good

Cons

100% production based. Shamed managers and supervisors into pushing unethical or inappropriate treatment for the sake of $$$$. So desperate for DR. and HYG they offer to pay off student loans. Dr's and Hyg expected to work 5-6 days a week, long hours. Its like a prison clinic in most offices.

We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your time here and it's unfortunate that you have this impression of our senior management team. We value and consider all feedback and will continue to find ways to improve, but I would like to address a few of your specific concerns; First, in January 2017, we changed the Doctor compensation model, and second, our goal with all patients, not just the state-insured or underprivileged, is to provide a thorough, accurate and comprehensive examination and treatment plan for improving overall health and wellness. You may have left prior to the change in Absolute’s culture which starts with improving our patients’ oral health to achieve excellent oral status for overall health risk prevention. There is a concentrated effort to energize the culture here at Absolute Dental, and while we believe marked achievements have been made, we will continue to improve our culture and delivery of care to our patients.
