Pros

I have been with Absolute Dental for 4 years now. I can honestly say that with the new management team and support we got daily it has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to say I work for this company. We have a wonderful TEAM and that is important. I love the fact that the company takes time in training employees, and educating us so that we can grow as a company, and within ourselves.

Cons

There are always pro and cons to every situation . The only con I can think of, is that we don't expand our company to other states/cities.

Pros

Having working in the Las Vegas dental community for 20 years, I was slightly hesitant to accept a job at Absolute Dental. I have been here for over a year now and have never regretted taking my position. There has been a lot of positive change and momentum over the past 12 months. Senior management has shown that they are committed to doing the right thing for our patients as well as employees.

Cons

The hours can be long although do not feel forced to work more than my share. The growing pains of the past year can definitely be felt, but it has proven a rewarding process.

Pros

As Absolute Dental continues to grow under new management, this is a great place to be if you want the opportunity to grow with a company. Most everyone that works for the company right now understands the common goal and we enjoy working as a team!

Cons

With the company being under new management also came a whole company restructure and that included upgrades with technology, which was great but as a lot of employees got new laptops we have been having some technical issues with those which can get frustrating at times, but here's to hoping that our IT department will be able to get those bugs under control!
