I joined Absolute Dental prior to the 'new company' acquisition one year ago. I found myself full of potential but stagnant as I was being hindered from excellence. When the new company and CEO took over I began to excel nearly immediately. The executive team recognized my potential early on and put me on a career path that maximizes my full potential and I LOVE MY JOB! I enjoy waking up to do something I love everyday! It's not just about what I do, it's also who I do it with!

Cons

No real cons, we are all continuing to grow and develop into great individuals who make an even better team.

Team Oriented Atmosphere. Great Employee Benefits and Health Benefits. Training and Employee Incentive Programs. Room for Advancement. Great Work Schedules.

Cons

I really can not think of any Cons. Since new Management took over there have been a lot of positive changes made. The new PSC is Beautiful. Lots of upgrades are being made to many locations.

A company with result oriented. A life changing work environment, great place to learn and grow. The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Excellent benefits!! Great environment to be at and is growing rapidly.

Cons

Nothing, since the new management took place they have been working intensively to provide a better work environment. Modification and changes to the previous culture have been carefully managed/changed to implement an effective, advanced, fun and passion driven work place
