Pros

Better than competitive pay, good but challenging atmosphere, and a great place to begin or continue your dental/medical career With the addition of the new management team and Absolute University, i am excited for the upcoming year. It feels like, with the addition of the new management group and their style, there is plenty of career growth opportunities.

Cons

It is a growing and changing company, so it's difficult for all employees to know everything, and to keep up with all the new policies and changes. Find a better way to communicate on a larger scale. That will help everyone, especially the outlying branches, feel more involved.

Thank you for your feedback. We've are developing new goals and plans for the upcoming year, and it looks like we need to do more to make sure those get shared with all employees. We will be working on better ways to communicate and to share the pertinent information between departments and branches. Again, thank you for your input.
