They have some employees that are still there that are very good.

Cons

The management team is highly ineffective. Employees are often treated as mere numbers rather than valued contributors. There is little regard for work-life balance, and promotions appear to be based on favoritism rather than merit or experience. Among the management, VP of ortho stands out as particularly problematic due to her approach and decision-making. She only cares about her self and her paychecks.

Thank you for the review! Working with children is very rewarding and we value your contributions. In order to provide access to quality patient care that is convenience for the patient, PTO must be approved by your manager. We also believe whole heartedly in giving back to the community and are one of the largest fundraisers for The Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation. These donations not only help local families in need, but we have also provided care for patients in need and life saving funds for our own team members.
