Pros

I like experiencing new things and learning a lot from absolute

Cons

when working with absolute there is no communication in the offices. Then there is no proper schedules for any employee and it could be frustrating when the regionals in different locations never respond when help is needed and to give us proper information that is needed for us to do our jobs properly. Also the lack of hours that employees are missing and moving constantly to different locations is stressful.

Thank you for the feedback! We are aware that being asked to help in other practices can be inconvenient. Our main priority is providing access to quality patient care and we sometimes need to pivot to accommodate a practice when staff call out unexpectedly. We appreciate your flexibility and commitment to helping others.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We want to provide some clarification. In addition to an above average wage for this region, we also offer sign on bonus and for some clinicians, student loan reimbursement and retention bonuses. We do ask for a time commitment as turnover is detrimental to patients and team members. We do have a back office training department available for those that need it. Due to high patient demand, we do have a call center that handles new patient calls. Existing patients are connected to their practice. We will certainly take all this feedback to upper management.
