Growing company with lots of potential

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, and great culture. The company is growing and has a lot of potential in the near future. With the company still being somewhat small for a CDMO, people are taking on multiple tasks and projects which I think is a good thing. There is a lot of knowledge here, and lots of growth in the future.

Cons

Lots of meetings.....I mean LOTs of meeting. But other than that, not much to say that is negative at Abzena.
