The culture values collaboration, integrity, and innovation, and leadership is approachable and supportive. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, and the team is talented and genuinely cares about doing great work.

Cons

The pace and expectations are high-pressure at times. Continuing to hire and invest in support will help balance workloads and improve quality.
